Try again.
Just yesterday you were making excuses for Breeland when comparing him to Nelson.
"He'd be a better player he's just been injured!". [Reply]

And at the end of the day, teams don't win Superbowls because they saved 40 million. They win because of talent. So no, we didn't get better just because we saved 40 million.
I absolutely HAVE pointed out the injury situations of the players we've signed.
If you can't tell the difference between 1 year at up to $5M and 1 year at a GUARANTEED $16M, I can't help you with that. [Reply]

First of all, that's not an excuse. That's a fact. I notice you also fail to mention that Nelson got 3 years and $24M but Breeland got 1 year at $2M with the potential for up to $5M. That's a pretty significant detail to leave out.
Furthermore, the conversation was about Armani Watts, who you accused me of making excuses for. Here's the simple truth - I don't like Armani Watts, I'm not defending Armani Watts, in fact I don't care one bit about Armani Watts. He's a 4th round pick with an injury history that likely won't even be on the team 2 years from now.
Yet you've completely written him off after 1 season. You defended Dee Ford tooth and nail though. It's that double standard again, the one you insist doesn't exist. Well it does, and everybody can see it on display. [Reply]
