The first one was really good. The two after it weren't as good, but weren't the complete shit that these last two have been. I don't expect too much from mass produced cream filled pastries, but I expect something more than they've been putting out there over the last few years [Reply]
Saw it today....that wide victory shot of a dino roaring over a fallen foe is tired as shit. I think they used it two or three times in this one. Also tired in the JP-verse is the hired military guy carrying out a villainous agenda. Lastly, I hate that the Asian dude has aged so well. Overall, it was so-so [Reply]

I mean...the scene with the tooth collector was just fucking nailed. Best laugh I've had in a theater this year.
Bullshit, I mentioned flaws from the 1st viewing, as I said before it seemed the writer never saw or paid attention to the details of the original JP. [Reply]
LOL at all you retards going to a dinosaur movie and expecting art.

Come on man................
Who goes to see a fucking dinosaur movie for the writing? [Reply]
I thought the idea of "training" raptors was somewhat interesting going into JW but it I didn't like how it came off in the movie....and now they just went overboard with it.
They took the most interesting and scariest part of the JP franchise and turned into a damn superhero....ugh. Ridiculous.
The opening scene was awesome but it was straight downhill after that...couldn't decided who was more annoying, Franklin or Zia...they both drove me nuts.
Also how the hell did the Mosasaur live for an extended period of time in a sealed enclosure with no food source...?
Wouldn't even bring it up but it's referenced in the movie itself lol...
I am curious to see where the franchise next...if for nothing else just to see how they make it try and make sense.

Yeah it's a repeat of the last movie where people are being hypercritical of a CGI movie. Weird that PB is actually one of the few being reasonable about it and recognizing it for what it is.
Personally, it didn't feel epic to me. I thought the last movie was more entertaining. The movie felt like it was in cruise control most of the way and never really kicked into that final gear. But it did feel more polished than the last.
Movies like JP, Transformers, Pacific Rim etc can be picked apart for days by people who choose to be anal about it. Stop taking shit so serious and let yourself be a kid and enjoy giant CGI shit fighting and fucking shit up. That's what these movies are for.
I took my son and niece and they both loved it. My wife enjoyed it too but i think that's because she's been on a Chris Pratt kick lately. [Reply]

like the endominous Rex, the Endoraptor should be able to camouflage itself.
Another is Wu engineered the originals from mosquitoes from fossilized amber,
thus he should be able to synthesize and clone other velociraptors knowing their genetic markers even with the T-Rex's transfused blood in Blue
That 2nd point isn't even a plot hole. That's just trying too hard to be a hater now.
The reason they were after Blue had nothing to do with genetics.
When you're hating on a movie for a perceived plot hole that isn't even a plot hole you KNOW you're being a hater. [Reply]
