I also didn't realize how well they did in the first round. In his last 7 years with the Bulls they went 21-1 in the 1st round... their only loss was the year Jordan came back from baseball. They were undefeated in the first round during the 6 championship years.

It was his 2nd year I believe. They made the playoffs with an awful record and got to be chewed up by the Celtics... pretty sure that was 86 so that Boston team was one of the great teams of all time.
I believe that was the year Jordan had 63 and his legend took off, that's still the record for points in a playoff game. [Reply]
