I was thinking about this yesterday… Mahomes thinking about this throughout the playoffs is awesome.

I hadn’t seen this clip yet. Patrick Mahomes telling Chiefs President Mark Donovan he told him they would be saying “Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs” in the draft in Kansas City later this year.

AJ Brown was part of that Tennessee squad that had a double digit lead and ended up losing the AFC title game in convincing fashion against the Chiefs. This Eagles team is better than the 2019 Titans, but it seems Brown still had a paranoid view after his earlier playoff experience with the Chiefs.

Yeah and that fear causes coaches to be way more aggressive (and usually more correct) vs. us. It's frustrating.
