Somebody could be running away and be “shot in the back seven times”. That would be unjustified unless they were armed and trying to shoot or just pulling their weapon.
But when you’re “shot in the back seven times” after fighting with cops, getting tased, and trying to go into your vehicle with guns drawn on you disobeying orders to stop, it’s not the cops job to assume your intentions are harmless. Like I said, that has gotten cops killed before. This idiot is still alive today if he simply doesn’t do all of that.

He was arrested for sexual assault on a minor, had recently pulled a gun on a bar owner (luckily the clip dropped), and wrestled away from the police, attempting to get into his car. For all they knew he was reaching for a gun.
I would expect to be shot under those circumstances, would you not?
