That tournament was the one that made me a fan of Phil, who finished third that year. I can't believe that was 19 years ago. Makes me feel old as shit.

Problem for the pursuers today is that there just isn't a 64 out there. It's a really big tough golf course and Sunday pins make it that much tougher.

Only way it happens now is Spieth dunking one on 12, 13 or 15 and or someone going eagle birdie eagle

Same thing happened on one. He's playing great golf, but for as well as he's playing, he's every bit as lucky.

Phil birdies to get back to -12 and tie Rose for second. He likely needs a 30 on the back to even sniff a chance.
