The most remarkable athlete of our times.
Where does he run off to next year? I keep hearing teams in the West but he has never wanted to the challenge of playing out there before. Not sure how it would be pulled off money wise but Boston or Philly seem like the most likely stops this time. [Reply]

Houston or Philly, I expect. Maybe LA if he can recruit a group together to compete with GSW. He's not going to Boston as long as Kyrie is there. [Reply]

Totally agree. Looked at betting odds and shocked Cleveland and LA were top 4 faves.
Philly gives him a clear path to the finals and Houston gives him 2 HOFers to battle the 2 from GS and their other good.players. Both are for sure Lebron moves from what we have seen over the years. [Reply]

That's because those kind of performances were par for the course for Jordan. 41 was his average in the 93 Finals :-) [Reply]

If I’m reading it right, there’s been 8 games of that line in the playoffs and lebron has 3 of them [Reply]

With the 45 points tonight, LeBron now averaging 35ppg in his 7 career game 7s. That passes Michael Jordan for most in NBA history.
You guys are really taking this seriously. LeBron's performance today was great.
But to be fair, Jordan played in like three game 7's in his career. I'm honestly surprised Jordan is considered to be ranked 1st because he didn't play in very many of them. Without looking up his exact numbers, the Pacers took it to him in that 98 game and he didn't shoot very well in it. [Reply]
MJ only played in 3 game 7’s and averaged 34, so 1 ****ing point less.
Even mentioning game 7’s against the guy that won 6 titles without ever having to play one in the Finals (simply amazing) is retarded. No matter how much KCC aka Nick Wright says it nothing changes. MJ is still the GOAT. [Reply]

This was actually interesting to look up. Jordan played in three game 7's, went 2-1. I would not have been able to tell you that off the top of my head.
90 in ECF vs Pistons (L) - 31/8/9
92 in Semis vs Knicks (W) - 42/6/4
98 in ECF vs Pacers (W) - 28/9/8
I also didn't realize how well they did in the first round. In his last 7 years with the Bulls they went 21-1 in the 1st round... their only loss was the year Jordan came back from baseball. They were undefeated in the first round during the 6 championship years. [Reply]
