We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.
If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.
Multiple sources expect former Patriots defensive end Trey Flowers to get a monster deal (maybe in excess of $18 million per year) on the open market after many of the top free-agent pass-rushers got franchised. [Reply]

Yeah... I don't see the point in competing with other teams for the services of Collins when we've still got Berry and seem like we actually plan on keeping him for another year. [Reply]
There’s a ton of safety talent available. If we can get two players for the cost of Collins, and the drop off isn’t as drastic, I’d rather save the money. We’ll see how it goes though. [Reply]
Well, yeah, we don't have shit for cap space compared to others. That was always a given. Doesn't mean we can't sign one stud defender and some second tier free agents. [Reply]

6. I think, even though Chiefs safety Eric Berry is 30 and has played only four games of Kansas City’s last 35 because of illness/injury, and even though he is owed $12.5 million in salary and bonus this year, I expect Andy Reid to keep him. Reid believes in Berry’s leadership and thinks he can still be an impact safety. Also important: Berry would be a $14.95-million dead-cap weight on the Chiefs if cut.
JFC Andy quit being loyal. FFS just rip the bandaid off [Reply]

Usually it does. Veach needed to get Fords shit done and he didn't. [Reply]
