We all have varying opinions about the impact of this, the numbers, etc. We will all never agree with each other. But we can all keep it civil.

Thanks!

Test taken per day double what it was when most places begin to open 6 weeks ago.

It's not a recent revelation either. We have been steady in new cases with a slight downward trend for almost 2 months.

Now here is the part people don't want to accept: Flattening the curve does not mean reducing cases. Many, many, many experts stated from the get go that the number of cases will be the same just drawn out over a longer period of time.

Or to put it simply, the area under the respective bell curves, i.e. flattened and not flattened, is the same. It's the amount of time in which said area is spread out that is the difference.

Give that a look.
Yeah that's old news and she is far from credible.

But we aren't flattening anything, the only thing that has changed is New York city isn't getting trounced.

It's literally from like 2 days ago...her model is vastly different from the one Florida is using.

League will have to stop if this happens. Too many players getting this is not good for gameday

You know, the exact opposite of what you claimed would happen.

Sorry but you will never be able to attribute cases to simply reopening. You are going to have abandon that idea. It’s just way to muddied and as far as testing a hypothesis of results of reopening goes it’s just too contaminated.

Actually yes we are flattening and have flattened. You don't get to have it both ways. Before when people would say it's mostly NY people said you can't say that. Now the same want to say it's only because of NY dropping, etc.

Considering that this thing is spread by humans, it's just common sense that reopening was and is leading to new cases and hospitalizations.

You know that’s not the point.

I see they are being sued for restricting use to only hospitalized covid patients but not for this decision.
