Hunt's a football (and MLS) guy, are you questioning his abilities? :-) [Reply]
If Veach doesn’t fire Sutton, is he assuming responsibility for the defense’s incompetence?
We absolutely CANNOT spend another entire draft on defensive players. That’s a recipe for guaranteeing the offense gets old and expensive. Instead of drafting Speaks or Smith, wouldn’t another good WR or RB really help right now?
We tried that last draft, and we have to start reloading the offense to keep the weapons strong around Mahomes.
So Veach pretty much has to own blowing it in FA and the draft or fire Sutton, right? [Reply]

It blows my mind.
My issue with Sutton isn’t just the current product, it’s the trend. They gotten progressively worse despite spending pick after pick on the defense. [Reply]
Yeah, count me in on the fire Sutton crowd. The half ass'd attempts at pretend tackling is enough to give me a stroke. Wonder if he ever coached these guys about how to avoid fucking penalties.
Agh! Can't stand it!!
Please don't let this QB we have go to waste on a team that can't stop anyone. [Reply]

At what point do he and the offense start to say "fuck it" and just mail it in? This defense gave them no chance tonight.
The better question is will he stay in KC long term. He has been getting screwed by horrible defense his entire career, even at the high school level where he lost multiple playoff games after he put 55-60 points on the board.
KC needs to fix the defense in the next 3 years. Can’t blame him if the defense still sucks and he decides to leave in free agency. [Reply]
I was furious reading this at first but then I actually kind of liked it. Reid knows what we have needs to be replaced if possible. He wanted to see if Smith and Ward were options in a game I guess he didn't think was that important.
IDK how the hell I feel but if I'm reading that right at least he isn't blind to what the problem is. Not that him knowing the problem does any good when it comes to fixing it. [Reply]

Listening to Reid's PC just sounds like he wanted to give the young guys a chance because they are more athletic and faster. He also said he is trying to fix some problems.
I wonder if that clusterfuck at the end of the SD game had an impact [Reply]

FGs and punts should not be in this team's gameplan at all and I'm 100% serious... [Reply]
