Don't be a dick.
Otherwise, have fun, talk shit, freak out and lose your goddamned minds. It's Draft Weekend. The hot takes in these threads are so funny. I'll also be starting player threads for each of our picks as they are made, with videos and notable stats/takes in the OP. These separate threads will be made as soon as the news breaks, outside of this thread. I will link the threads below. Pure knee-jerk gold to reference in the future.
I don’t think the 2nd round is the place for it though.
If you wanna throw things at the wall and see if it sticks, do it on day three.
Again, I’m a believe in Veach guy, so I’m gonna hope I’m overreacting. But in this draft our R2 was damn valuable and we took a project, even according to the expert that someone mentioned earlier.
Day 3 guys aren't going to be the same caliber of raw athlete.
2nd and 3rd you have a chance. Later guys are less likely to pan out. [Reply]

Won’t matter though.
Downvoted by mistake.
Yes, it doesn’t matter because every time I think some other team had a good draft we just win another Super Bowl. We have a shitty season and we win the Super Bowl. We trade the best WR in the league and win the Super Bowl. We don’t get home field advantage because we coast all year and we win the Super Bowl.
I’m sick of Super Bowls. They aren’t even exciting anymore. We just go to them and win them non-stop. It’s so repetitive. I need more. [Reply]

An insider told me that they're going to switch sides of the ball in the playoffs this year, just to keep it interesting. The defensive guys will move to offense, and the offensive guys will move to defense. [Reply]

Unless you were eager for a safety, linebacker or guard, this is the kind of guy you get at the back of 2.
I just can't see anything to complain about at all here.
One plus is not enough here — this is a potentially franchise-altering pick for the Chiefs here at the bottom of the second round. Suamataia is a bit raw, but he has legitimate franchise left tackle athleticism and movement ability. Throw him out there and let him grow into an elite tackle. Grade: A+ [Reply]
