Both top out as backup types for me. Vitoria, maybe could be a bit more. His glove is good, but he’s been so up and down with the bat I have a hard time buying him as a starter [Reply]
That was a terrible series. Orioles are terrible but they had lost 12 of 13 coming into this series. And on top of that we only scored 1 run each of the last two nights against a team that has an ERA near 6. [Reply]
The Orioles have arguably the worst pitching staff of the 21st century allowing 6.4 runs per game. The #Royals just completed a series where they scored 7 runs against them in 3 games.

Big heel turn for Owings.
Sucks having to fly in the middle of the night from Baltimore to Boston to play 12 minutes of a game a few hours later and then back on a plane to fly to Cleveland. [Reply]

Baltimore, Boston, Cleveland. How many shitholes in one week can they play on this road trip. Need a trip to Oakland as well. [Reply]

It would have been funny if we'd held on to Owings long enough that he was a Royal when the game started.
I actually don't know what happens in that situation, if a player had changed teams in between a suspended game. Could he even be allowed to play when it resumed? No idea. [Reply]
