About to hit the 5000 post mark on the old thread, the first season 7 trailer today seems like the right time to start the final Game of Thones thread.
I'm going back to the original rules pre-2015. I don't think we need supervision or bannings. Just don't be a dick. Post anything you find online that hasn't aired yet inside of spoiler tags. That's pretty much it. I think we can all handle that...
I want an explanation why it was decided to not really show the biggest battle of GOT? Why the fucking , dark, snow and then a storm? I get that’s what’s happening but we don’t give a shit. Have the fucking battle happen during the day for crissakes.
What’s the point of all that action but we see 20% of the action, at best? Was it to save money? What’s the official word because fans are ticked off. [Reply]

Yep. Battle against the army of the dead and it’s in the middle of the day.

In the trailer for next week, Dany and the Starks are shown together in exactly one scene. When they're lighting the bodies outside of Winterfell. Elsewise they are separate. And Tyrion is not shown with Dany, either.
So are we foreshadowing strife, and a fragile alliance?
Dany lost her army and any claim to the throne. [Reply]
