I want to get a couple of 25 pound dumbells and do farmer walks on a hill as I always love the burn a good incline gives. Would this be good to add to workouts or more a waste of time? [Reply]

Yeah, that's about as good as it gets. You'll burn calories like a motherfucker doing that. The muscles it could build doing that would be your traps. [Reply]

With it being an incline hill going backwards wouldn't that also work the lower body as well? [Reply]
I also have a weight vest couldn't I just use that instead of dumbells also I do a upper/lower split would I be able to substitute 1 of those days for this?

Sorry for all the questions
I don't think you'd build your traps with a vest...just the dumbbells. Plus you'll work on grip strength. [Reply]
