We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.
If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.

I'm not.
And I seem to recall you adamantly proclaiming from the mountain tops that Ford was going to stay in KC come hell or high water.

I sort of hope we see no more safeties sign anywhere for the whole of March, and that depresses their market again like last year. Maybe then the Chiefs can pick up a bargain right before the draft. [Reply]

I still get a minor chuckle out of the "Legal Tampering Window". [Reply]

How's that working for you now?
I guess I was wrong.
For sure any player is tradable for the right compensation though. I'm curious to see their plan if they move Ford but I'm a bit concerned with the pass rush. You are losing 20 sacks of pass rush per season moving away from Ford and Houston. [Reply]

That number is not a given. And if it were, we probably wouldn't be having this conversation. [Reply]
In addition to Anthony Barr, #Jets have serious interest in free-agent rushers Trey Flowers & Dante Fowler, per sources. They’re, obviously, not alone. #Lions considered favorite, & #MIN not out, for Barr, #Dolphins like Flowers, & #Rams would like to retain Fowler, per sources
Yeah, I can see us landing Collins, but Barr is a bit of a longshot. If the plan is to get rid of both Houston and Ford, I see no reason why we wouldn't be heavily in on Flowers. [Reply]
Watching NFLN—sounds like a sticking point to a Ford trade is teams being willing to fork over large guarantees to extend his contract. Unless a team is willing to give him a fair contract, not sure he gets traded. Chiefs want a 2nd round pick. [Reply]

Oh well. Pretty much limits us to 1 big signing. [Reply]
