Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

If Chiefs hold Patriots to FG, they can obviously score a TD and win it or a FG to tie it.
Yeah those stats don't account for the fact that we had Breeland Fucking Speaks on the field for the last play of the game. [Reply]

Where are you getting this? There's no way this is right. Way higher chance than 3 in 1000 of a penalty or something pushing them back and making them settle for a FG. [Reply]

I think there are multiple factors at play for why his pass accuracy has improved: he's gotten comfortable with his offensive line, he's learned to beat the 2 deep shell defense, his foot seems to be completely healed, and he trusts his receivers to not drop passes or fumble. All that nonsense earlier in the season about whether Mahomes was done was just that, nonsense. Man, we are so lucky to have this guy. :-)

There was also a pass or two a couple of years ago that looked like they had a huge curve to it.
I'd love to see that NFL science show or whatever it was called do a special on the Mahomes curve ball (if it is curving)
I watched it kinda frame by frame...the ball actually lands at about the same spot from where he threw it (linear)...I think it's the movement on the play that makes it look like it's got some English on it. [Reply]

Yeah, this one isn't as convincing as the GIF posted a couple years ago... there was one I remember that was obvious curveball. [Reply]
