This deal gives Miami a $12.5 million more in salary cap they can use, not sure if it’s for this year or next year. Tyreek was scheduled to make $87 million over the next 3 years, now it’s $90 million but way more guaranteed money now. He’s still playing at such a high level, the Dolphins had to restructure his deal. [Reply]

I don’t think so. That $106M number seems to include money that was already paid out in earlier years. He has $65 million guaranteed for 2024 and 2025, with another non-guaranteed $25 million in 2026. [Reply]
