its not very much unless he has a huge audience and even then, they rely on subscriptions thats how they make decent money. THey usually have a goald 47 subs needed for so and so month in order to pay rent lol [Reply]
Yes and she immediately made me download it and play it for her lol.
I will have to say, I wont buy one of these episodic games until everything is out. Even waiting 3 weeks between episodes 4 and 5 was too long. We were both asking each other "who is that?" [Reply]
So I "played" watch dogs. wow, I am sorry if you paid money for this. This is my big problem with Assassins Creed too. This big giant city and on missions they force you to this small box.
Plus this absolutely chugs on my 770. First game to do it. [Reply]
on Assasins Creed, i get why they do it. Its a game your playing going back in time and redoing what happened in the past. So there is no need for other area's, but in the end it all opens up.
I love me some Assasins Creed games, but i havent played Watchdogs yet. Im waiting for some super PC sale. lol [Reply]

My problem with the whole shoehorned sync with DNA memories thing is say there is a chase mission. I know the city, after the first time, I know hwere the guy is going. So I take an ally shortcut to head off, what do I get? Desync fail state. They want me to chase the guy on some linear path despite this amazing open city to use. [Reply]
After Watch Dogs I have decided I will no longer buy UBISOFT games. I would consider it again if they get there shit together, but we already know far cry 4 will be dumbed down for consoles just like ac and watch dogs before it.
Yeah that kinda pushed me over the edge to download it. Even with low expectations, I was disappointed. I also hate how UPlay doesnt work well with Big picture mode.
In other news, my wife and I played New Super Mario Brothers for Wii. It is amazing how the controls are so inferior to platformers out today like BattleBlock Theater. [Reply]
What was better about the controls for BattleBlock? I only played a couple hours of it.. but I don't remember liking anything about it very much. Whereas I thoroughly enjoyed playing NSMB with people..especially when there were four.
I wish there were more quality platformers for PC, regardless. I know there are lots of indie ones, but none really stand out to me (mostly because I don't like "puzzle" platformers..but still). [Reply]
I hated the slippery controls for NSMB when compared to BattleBlock. It also suffers from the contra style 2 player death by screen scroll, where BattleBlock lets both players play no matter how far they are apart. Plus Mario suffers from Nintendo's need to put motion controls in every Wii game. "Who can do the best jerk off motion" Drives me crazy. Aside from nostalgia, I find a lot of indie platformers more fun.
I love the humor and soundtrack of Battleblock as well. My wife and I have about 7 hours into Battleblock. [Reply]
