Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.
Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:
If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point. [Reply]

Plus, your diet still being shit won’t help. Continue to booze hard and heavy, that should help.
You big mad bruh. I'm at a 16,000 Cal weekly intake with cardio 4 days a week along with lifting 4 times a week. When I drink I figure it into my macros. When I start gear I'll be much bigger than you. [Reply]

Root canal :-) the dental student made it sound like tomorrow wouldn't be a full root canal just enough to stop the infection for now. Does that even make sense? [Reply]

Yeah. I 2 step teeth that are necrotic or dead to control symptoms first. [Reply]
Also, chicks don’t usually care about muscles. Your boyfriend might like it though.
On a serious note I've been doing an Upper/Lower split with cardio and or HIIT sprinkled in. I'm enjoying the gains I've seen much better than the bro split. [Reply]

Now you’re getting it!
It’s much more effective. Been doing it for years. Nice work. [Reply]

It feels weird to be doing less reps but as you've stated in the past it leads to gains. Alot of misinformation out there about more reps = more growth [Reply]
