Are you REALLY this stupid??? :-)

Now follow along you poor, slow individual...
One team is acclimated to it. (Denver) One team isn't (Visitors). Now go read up on the short term effects of low oxygen under exertion. Learn something, and try not to be so ignorant the next time you open your horse mouth.

Why doesn’t this magic work for the Denver Nuggets? Or CU football?

Perhaps the fact that the Broncos practice in these conditions which helps them acclimate to them went over your head?:-)

It does help them. Many teams couldn't handle the Nuggets pace (Supersonics BLOWOUT)

They just can't win big because greasing your jerseys won't help in baseball or basketball

I know all about this from my running. When you live at high altitude, your body produces more red blood cells. Those cells help you carry oxygen more efficiently, as an adaptation of having less oxygen in your air. And it doesn't happen instantaneously. I'm not only faster when I go down to sea level, but I usually place higher in races.

I can outbreathe most of you guys.

Denver Nuggets?

Study Affirms Altitude Boosts Denver Nuggets' Home Advantage, But Do Other Factors Blunt The Impact?

Research Confirms the Altitude Advantage

Part III: Rocky Mountain High (the benefit of playing at home)

CU Football? Is this the same team that plays Colorado State, Northern Colorado, Utah, Idaho State, Washington State, Arizona (all teams at elevation)?

First, practicing in Denver probably helps some. But these are people from all over the country who live all over the country during the off-season. It's not like they have different physiology.

Second, the purported heat effect you mentioned, to the extent it exists in any meaningful way, affects everyone the same. And if you've ever experienced a hot day in Denver, compared to Florida or DC for example, you realize that the effect of humidity in other parts of the country is far more oppressive.
