Alright guys, here is a new thread for the CP $100 Fantasy Football League. The settings are listed below.
Buy-In will be $100 and will be due 1 week before the draft. Please get your payments in earlier than that though, so we can have the draft order generated. I will not have draft order generated before everyone has paid. We will be using Paypal for payments. I have sent payment instructions out to everyone, so please start getting this paid. If you need the instructions again, please let me know.
As soon as everyone has paid, we will have a draft order generated by using a random order generator online (we used one of these last year, and it worked great). Everyone's emails are entered into the system, and everyone receives the email with the draft order direct from the website, so it is fair to everyone.
I will allow the trading of draft picks as well, and ESPN is set up for such.
Now, please send me some entry fees, and let's get this going.

We should have the option to vote for trades since we all have a vested interest.
I wouldn't have voted against the trade but since so much is at stake the option would be nice.
Something like you have 24 hours to approve or deny the trade.
majority wins.
I suppose we should have talked about this before you made a trade, or BCD made a trade.
Also, just so everyone knows, shorman specifically asked me to get this pushed through for this week's games before he would accept it. He wanted this pushed through. [Reply]

I was pretty much killing it already. Hopefully this doesn't mess up my locker room chemistry.
You had a hole at WR2 and Cutler playing in Chicago come playoff time. You may have been pretty close already, but you for sure increased your chances. [Reply]

Yeah I know. That's why I almost accepted your deal last week for Brees and Welker.
You know, the one that you thought the other members would be upset about you making, even though you liked it for your team. [Reply]

I thought the site gave you the option to vote. That's fine, but because someone wants to trade me AP for James Stewart doesn't mean it's fair to the league. [Reply]

I didn't say I liked it. As a matter of face I said you were getting the better of it and I wanted to explore other options first that were more beneficial to me. I see why you backed out though once I said that if you had this in the works. [Reply]

"Looks good to me. Let me see if I hear back from this other person before I accept it. Can you give me until tomorrow?" BCD, last week.
I ended up rejecting it because I was coming off a 250 point week where Best went off, and didn't want to make a deal.
This deal wasn't in the works in any way until shorman made me an offer at the beginning of the week this week. [Reply]

What about my quote about it being a "desperation move , me being 0-3". You have that quote too right? :-)
Anyways. Here is what the email I got said.
"This trade will process at approximately Oct 1, 6:34 PM ET pending a veto by the league members. To review this trade and cast your vote to veto or allow it, click here:http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/pendingtrades?leagueId=204748" [Reply]

Yes, that is the ESPN default. I pretty much hate leagues where people veto trades simply because they don't like it for THEIR team, which is what is going on here.
I am trading players who have put up 100 more points over 3 weeks.
I am getting guys who will hopefully live up to pre-draft expectations in Matthews, and upgrading at WR2.
This simply isn't as lopsided as you are making it out to be, and should not, under any circumstances, be vetoed. That's why I pushed it through. Well, that and the fact that the person I made the deal with asked that it be pushed through immediately. Plus, we haven't voted on any trade so far this year, and won't vote on any trade this year, unless there is a question of collusion. [Reply]
Dude I didn't want to do this trade and you know it. Plus you would have pushed it through anyways because it favor you so heavily. Also, how many email you sent me after I said no for the first three times? I got tired of the annoying bickering between emails. Just be a true sport and do something about it. [Reply]

I don't understand how you can't say no. I said no to a trade from him earlier and it ended there.
No one makes you accept trades. This makes no sense to me at all. [Reply]

I agree. You(Shorman) are the one that checked the accept box. It was a poor decsion and now you have to own up to it. He didn't hack your account and check the box for you. [Reply]

Dude you can't be an indian giver.
No matter how much he bugged the shit out of you you still had the final say-so.

I don't think you want me to post our email chain to show that you're a liar.
I have dealt with many/most people in this league in trades in years past. I'm not some asshole who forced you to take a deal you didn't want. [Reply]
