Don Julio 1942. Meant to be sipped like fine Scotch or bourbon. My favorite tequila. It is terribly expensive so I usually just order a shot in a restaurant when life has been good.

Anything by Herrudura (sp?) is also good.
Herradura is incredible. Premium but not TOO expensive. Broke out a bottle late third quarter of the Superbowl and finished it by the end of the game. (I had help) LOL [Reply]

Quoted for truth.
I had a buddy bring some back (smuggled) from Mexico. He only broke it out for special occasions. No idea what it was called but it was the best Ive ever had. [Reply]
Already been mentioned but Fortaleza is really solid. I got a bottle for my birthday last year and it really surprised me.
And then there is Don Julio 1942. I discovered this several years ago on a trip to Play del Carmen. Expensive yes, but oh so worth it. It's been a few years since I've had any, I may need to procure a bottle. [Reply]
