I saw Mahomes at his locker, staring at a stat sheet and gently laughing at it. What was funny — the points? Yards? Passing efficiency? The entire freaking crazy game? “My rushing yards,” he said.
If the Chiefs can score at will like they did in the 2nd quarter on, that will definitely force Tennessee to abandon the run, and put the game on Tannehill's arm. [Reply]
For all the talk of the Titans offense, it's their defense that actually won them their two playoffs games. And that defense isn't built to stop a passing team like the Chiefs. They don't cover or pressure especially well. [Reply]

Yes. They can stop the run but are terrible against the pass. [Reply]
Hopefully the bonehead mistakes in that first quarter today do not happen again next week. Everyone needs to show up ready to play at the beginning of the game, not in the 2nd quarter. [Reply]

I don’t know how you can underestimate a team who’s already beaten you once this season. Tits will do what they’ve done all year, but will be desperate to keep the ball away from Mahomes. Heavy does of Henry to come, but that’s obvious. Really hoping Henry is getting worn down. His last three game stretch has been unreal and I’m really praying it is not sustainable. [Reply]
