I do not consider myself a POC (I am Native American) so I really don't know how offensive or hurtful colorism or shadeism is amongst light skinned POC, but to me it seems like plain old regular racism, and not only do I think Wiley is disgusting for this obvious racism, but I think he can take his Ivy League education and just fuck the hell off.
FS1 should give Speak for Yourself to Lavar Arrington and Emmanuel Acho, and fire Wiley's ass. I will never take another thing that Wiley says seriously, and I will always view him as a disgusting racist.

Yep. There’s quite a few out there like this. Deion Sanders is the same way, he’s a racist piece of shit. So is James Brown on CBS and Nate Burleson. Tom Jackson was this way as well when he was on air. There’s even fans on social media that are that way. It’s sad as hell. And then there’s the players and hosts on tv that are scared to criticize Lamar when he does bad because they work with those type of racist people.

Smh i think people need to pick up a dictionary anf learn the true meaning of "racism". Wiley has been riding for Lamar for the last year and has been saying Lamar is better than Pat since Lamar won the mvp title. But if you go back and see what he said after Pat beat Lamar the first time you would see that he was well and trully on the Mahomes train and was actually one of the first media guys to hype up Pat because he attended the Chiefs vs Chargers opening game in 2018 and was very impressed. Now do some black players and media figures prefer Lamar because he rocks that hairstyle, speaks in ebonics and is closer to black culture? Of course...because the reality is black qb's who look like Lamar were stigmatised for so long and now Lamar has risen to great heights and he still "keeps it real" and folks like that about him. Whereas Pat appears to be more comfortable in white culture. Most of his friends are white, his trainers are white, his fiance is white etc and you don't see him around black people much off the field....so of course that's gonna impact peoples pov.
But I guess Pat is trying to change that notion as after the sb he went on a black talk show like the shop..plus he's obviously stood up against racial injustice and made it clear in an interview that he's a black man and is proud of who he is.
