Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.
Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:
If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point. [Reply]
With her condition, she shouldn't have been dumping excess protein into her body that her body could not process. If your amonia levels rise too much, you see this in people with ETOH abuse, you can cause irreversible brain damage or coma as it moves across the blood-brain barrier. You and I would simply piss the extra protein out. She could not process it that quickly, however.
Could be very likely she never had any idea before she died though based on the article. She could have done the same simply eating tons of chicken with her condition, so blaming it on the supplements is a pretty terrible scapegoat. [Reply]
It just has a misleading title. If they were truthful, the title should have been "Woman Dies From Rare Genetic Defect". That wouldn't get as many views though. [Reply]
So you all will think I'm gay and that's ok but I'm going to a yoga class tonight. I've done yoga once it was relaxing and this class will have alot of good looking single women. Should be interesting. [Reply]
