Marcell Ozuna refused to be interviewed in the Cardinals clubhouse. I asked him twice for an interview and he walked right past me - he didn’t even acknowledge me.

It's not Fowlers fault that Mo gave him $85 million. Then he's forced into the lineup despite not earning the playing time. Fans turn on him. This is not a new equation. He seems like a great guy. Fun loving, Great locker room guy. But...............
I had to endure him flaying about for almost all of the 2018 season. The worst or second to worse hitter in all of baseball. Yet, they kept running him out there. Killing our rallies, costing us games. Looked totally lost yet there he was in the lineup.
This post season has brought up all those bad memories. He's hitting .060 in the playoffs. Down two games and he strikes out 3 times on 10 pitches. Only 4 were strikes. St. Louis fans gave a standing ovation to a pitcher who just missed a no hitter against them. They rarely boo their own players. They booed Fowler in game 2, https://www.sportingnews.com/us/mlb/...i17xxgwp1l1x46
What was he at his best during his "bounce back" year? An average player? If we are going to have a normal offense that doesn't disappear for games at a time, the Fowlers and Carpenters need to go or be bench players at least. If Soto and Acuna can play in the early 20's, why not Dylan Carlson? [Reply]

Didnt Fowler have the highest number of hard hit balls through the DS in all of the playoffs? How can you blame a guy for hard hits that just happen to get caught? It's a small sample size and shit happens. Fowler struck out 3 times last night. Goldschmidt struck out 4 times. Your entire lineup sucks. It's not just Fowler leading to essentially 2 unearned runs in 3 games.
Ozuna is about the only player in the lineup consistently hitting and you said you cant wait til hes gone while bitching about how bad others are hitting. [Reply]
I suppose if we are to look at the bright side, overperforming > underperforming.
This team has no business in the CS, so it has been quite awesome to see THIS team get this far. Sucks it looks like we are about to get swept, but it is what it is. [Reply]
