Big lead early. Offense rolling easily. Defense doing enough early. A few missed opportunities. Then we take our foot off the gas and just outlast the opponent the rest of the way. The final score is very misleading.
I think that is a great comparison. Both games ended up closer than they should have been. Both featured some clutch first down conversions at the end to run out the clock. [Reply]
1. Losing DJ before playing the Steelers in 2016? They ran the ball at will and only kicked field goals to win it.
2. Eric Berry contract. Big money for him to get hurt in the first game of the season and never recover.
3. The lowest moment of all. Jovan Belcher.
4. Jon Baldwin, Glenn Dorsey, Tyson Jackson in the first round
5. Todd Blackledge.
6. Mariota touchdown pass to himself.
the Forward Momentum Sack/strip/TD called back? [Reply]

Look at the whole line. Looks like at least 3 different players being held. [Reply]

Yeah, that's what I meant there. In realtime I saw Frank get held twice, and someone else held on that play, which prompted the "flag? flag? FLAG?" rant from me at the time. [Reply]
The score was tied for 3 minutes. The Bucs were within one score for 10 minutes. For the other 47 minutes the Chiefs enjoyed a two score lead. The game was never that close. [Reply]
