More size would make him more imposing. Really, the only imposing thing about him is his army, which makes me wonder how this skinny fuck managed to get an army to adopt his identity and kneel before him.

I feel like Abraham/Daryl/Morgan/maybe Rick, unarmed, could tear apart Negan, armed with Lucille. That shouldn't be the case. You should feel like this guy is insurmountable.
