could be a number of viruses and all treated the same mostly and that is to let it run its course, get rest, treat the symptoms etc.. if you start having shortness of breath and can't control the fever and with Tylenol and advil you can consider maybe going to a hospital but they can't do much more for you other than monitor you incase you need more urgent care.
could try Tamiflu .

Yeah, no crap. I haven't been beating the "gripe about testing" drum, but that is a bit crappy...although, once again, being tested does nothing to make their sickness go away, so meh. Those people probably wouldn't be anywhere near the biggest potential transmitters anyway, so it's kind of a wasted test on them.
