I think hospitals will be the last institutions that will be able to go back to normal so people that have had to holdout on elective surgeries or otheR non urgent procedures might get pushed back even further if things go wrong with opening

My orthopedic surgeon buddy here in town said they’re starting them Monday super super slow though and you have to be tested prior and it’s just outpatient stuff

They live in shoe boxes and can't get sunlight.

It's pretty much my worst nightmare.

It had to hit the elderly there just down right hard.

The study I posted breaks it down by age and kids and young adults barely get seropositive so the T cell response just seems to wipe this thing out

It took their governor waiting for 23,000 people to die before he decided sanitizing the subways was a good thing.

Yet you can't spend too much time outside.

We know he's in a tough position, but he's doing a terrible job.

Meh, don't worry....DiBlasio will arrest you for not staying 6ft apart and there is plenty of room in jail because they are letting out everyone so they don't get the Rona.

I know that we have some CP members that live in NY, and love it, but I will NEVER live there.

It's got nothing to do with politics. That kind of city living would kill this country boy.

This thing is just weird

States that did it right and locked down early have the same deaths per 100k as some of the ones that were lackadaisical and late

New York gets wiped out but other large cities have to take down all their hospitals and shit they built.
