Can't get it up here north of the border but, through a wine distributer I am able to order a case. Would like to hear from someone who knows their stuff and has tried it before I order.
Got a Russell's Reserve private barrel pick from our local Total Wine. Got a few sample bottles for him to try as well as he's commented that he'd like to get into some lower level scotches.

Weller is marvelous - just too bad the resale market has made availability and affordability simply ridiculous.
I did get my hands on some Rabbit Hole last night…tasty stuff! [Reply]

The Weller Special Reserve is trash. Not a fan.
I just wish I could appreciate them the way he and the rest of you do. Were they good? From what I've come to know about bourbons, they were great. So I'm on a slow pace to true appreciation of bourbon in the raw. [Reply]

You're probably just weak and enjoy something super "smooth" with lots of sweet/fruity flavors. "Give me that JD Honey and peach, girl!"

Just own it man. It's OK!
Own it? Hell yeah, drinking some JB Peach as I type... Give me some Screwball Peanut Butter and I'll be just as happy! [Reply]

Totally. Seems they were saving it for a higher volume customer than me, who just happened to be in the store and declined it. Became my lucky day just standing there to checkout with some beers. [Reply]
