Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.
Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:
If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point. [Reply]

Jesus Christ. So this is what 3% body fat looks like.
Been in a hotel since Wednesday. Hard to keep on the diet on the road, as well as the workouts. Making it work, though. No excuses. Excuses are for pussies. [Reply]

I mean this as the most heterosexual compliment I can provide.
Silly question but do any of you have a membership to more than 1 gym? I've been at my for over 2 years love the place made friends there and the classes are great. I went to Golds Gym the other night and they have way better stuff for legs and chest. It's only like 30 bucks a month too. I'm thinking about joining. [Reply]
I mean, damn, talk about a freak of nature, right? If there's such thing as workout fatigue, it's clear that Sylvester Stallone has never experienced it.
To couple with all that work in the gym, here's what Stallone's diet looked like, per Born To Workout.

Eat a meal at mid morning the day I start and then not again till evening the next day so I get about a 30-36 hour fast.

30 lbs. Probably 20 lbs were fat. Taking a week of diet break right now to reset the hormones and stuff. Gonna do probably another month to month and a half next week. Maybe. We will see how much fat I gain this week and then I'll decide how much more to do. [Reply]
