My Mother used to make picked watermelon rind and would jar it Dad loved it I was a kid so not so much. I would probably like it now may see if Mom has the recipe anymore.

I used to do Dim Sum in San Francisco, when I visited a school friend. She introduced me to it. I loved it. Too bad it has so many dishes with wheat. I can't do it anymore, but I haven't seen it around here.

I was invited to a dinner by a client to his home with a bunch of people and they had a whole bunch of small plate entrees. It was a great way to try things and eat.
