Sure, but we got three guards who are all going to get an NBA shot and one of them is on the short list for NPOY. Getting a 3 off vs Ivy guards and getting it off against taller and quicker guards tends to reduce 3pnt percentage a bit. [Reply]

They are basically the perfect team to upset Kansas in just about every way. Be prepared.
What's KU's rank in guarding the 3? I really don't know. My feeling is that while they may be able to slow KU's offense, they'll struggle equally on the offensive side of the ball. They're small, and shoot a bunch of 3's. Self will adjust. [Reply]
If you guys are so confident KU will blow these guys out of the water, go to baldeaglepoker.com, sign up for an account on Betonline or Bovada and bet the over -14. :-) [Reply]

I remember when Washington (a team barely better than Penn) just let LGV score as much as he wanted inside, and force KU to either take guarded 3's or go inside. That seemed to work out.
Again, we are going to beat these fucking Quaykahs, but I will be stunned if it is a laugher by the 10 min mark in the 2nd half. [Reply]

An Ivy league school beat Baylor two years ago in the 1st round. Some future NBA players on that team too. They're all still college basketball players in the end, their level isn't THAT far apart. [Reply]

KU's actually pretty good at it (limiting the percentage that is, they allow a bit more than the average). Let's just hope they don't have a good shooting day. [Reply]

So, in your opinion, they'll have to have a good shooting night from outside to stay competitive? [Reply]
Baylor blew out Wagner and Oklahoma State blowing out the fighting Joe Dooley's 60-42 in the NIT. Perhaps a good omen for the Big 12, although it seems like the Big 12 does really well every year in the NIT. [Reply]
