I've always heard that once you hit your ideal weight then it's 80/20. Keep following the diet 80% of the time and you'll be fine. The problem is that it often goes from 80/20 to 70/30 to 60/40...

I look younger than my doctor who is 31 years old and preaches the same low-fat diet that you follow, yet I am 10 years older than him. Why isn't all this excess protein that I eat turning to fat? Maybe it's because you don't have a clue what you're talking about but are just too arogant to admit it.

There was no electricity, no water, and no cell phone service.
We relied completely on how well I packed for the trip. I woke up las night at 2:00 am, and walked outside, and heard absolutely nothing! It was the most relaxing one day trip I can remember!:-)
Camping is wonderful, love to ride the rapids, play in the woods, hike, but I hate sleeping outside when it is hot and it causes me to get sweaty. I can't sleep if I am too hot!!
So my wife was sitting at the computer, and I was sitting on the sofa, with my iPod Touch in one hand and a notebook computer in the other, attempting to get the notebook computer to recognize the new wireless printer we bought while using the Touch to check Facebook, while we both watched TiVo, and I thought... perhaps technology has become too rampant in our lives.
