1. Trap game.
2. West coast team traveling all the way East for a noon kick. Body clock will be at 10am for Oakland.
3. Jets have won 2 in a row.
4. Jets can stop the run and play physical enough to match up well with Oakland.
5. Raiders have really only beaten up on weaker competition. Not sold that they’re anything special yet. [Reply]

Darnold, Crowder, Anderson, Griffin, Bell. Those guys have been playing well. They managed to beat the Cowboys who are a much better team than Oakland.
No guarantee but its possible. Playing good D too.

Oakland is going to lose on Sunday.
I've been thinking this for a while tbh. The Raiders struggled like hell on Sunday and Cinci had nothing special on both sides of the ball. The Jets at least have Bell, Anderson, Crowder and a few young tight ends for Darnold as well as a decent defense. They have a very good chance to win imo. [Reply]

GO JETS!
Hmm. Forgot about the Cowboys defeat. Well, it would be nice. I need to go check the spread on that game. [Reply]

It's all good, I'm just saying that they need to. I don't know they will. I'm with you this team is bipolar. I just still think they have the talent and can get back to best they just have to find themselves again. Still have some faith.
This is kinda interesting info from a former NFL OL coach who suggests that running the ball and playing defense at a top 10 level does not have much of any correlation to winning championships. https://twitter.com/coachpaulalex/st...450110465?s=21
In the last 20 Super Bowls, the SB champs averaged out as 14th in rushing and 11th in total defense. The runner ups were about 14th in rushing and also 14th in defense.
Alexander, the OL coach, goes on to say...
Winning NFL Championships, after nearly 30 years studying the league is 3 possible Factors (in my opinion)
1. Great game management (2min, 4min, turnovers, 3rd down, yards per pass att, 3rd down)
2. Great QB
3. Creative Invention .... cont for examples
Then he continues with this...
Who are the Creative Innovators this year?
1. Balt Dual threat run game
2. KC explosive play design/perimeter design
3. SF wide zone and gap scheme
These offenses are "ahead of the curve" and will be "copy-catted" next year. [Reply]
