Talk about the chiefs, talk about tomorrow, talk about football, politics or even how to do flooring and the applicable budget. What you're drinking, how hard it is to sleep, etc. Every thing is acceptable in this thread.....
I'm moving forward on a brand new condo. Pre qual'd and earnest down. Formal loan app. on Thursday. Close date on the 29th of July. I'm sort of nervous, I guess.

It's pretty sweet, nothing like I had when I was married. But it's got granite/stainless kitchen, dark hardwoods. New traditional style. It's my first in all seriousness. The last two holmes were in my wife's name. It's kind of on close to the high end of my price range, but anyway.
