I thought the Boni part was particularly telling. "Arguably our best player"

I don't necessarily agree with that, but it does say a lot about what they think of him and his future here with the club.

I just don't see the benefit. Why not keep that kind of stuff in-house and try to build some positive rapport (with Moose and potential future FAs).

Wonder if Moose said something that deeply offended him, or introduced the club to pornography or some such.

2 part.

Moose watched porn.

Moose watched Stormy Daniels porn.

Dayton is duel pissed.

Maybe its the Dominos pizza model of admitting there was a problem before, and having a national campaign saying "we used to be shit, but we're better now!"

I remember when moose got attitude with Danny Clinkscale on 810...the whole 'vargy had a good game' stuff ignoring his questions. Interesting stuff... surprised gmdm shared all this.

I still don't get why the team needed anti porn education...I mean was it an actual problem?

I will say that Bill Self has employed “honest” comments like this to the media as a motivational strategy for his teams/players in the past.

Just feels like a big difference when it’s a 19 year old compared to a 30 year old man with a family.

Lew is likely still working at start time.

Plus also dealing with months long sleep deprivation from a small object that pisses and shits himself daily.

Less baseball in Lew’s immediate future. :-)

Royals DFA Wily Peralta and Kyle Zimmer to make room for Goins and Boyer. #Royals

Nathan Karns is going on the DL. Skoglund replaces him in rotation. Flynn, Hill make 25-man as does Smith. Peralta DFAd. Zimmer DFAd.

I assume they expect Zimmer to clear waivers. Peralta, who cares. Glad they kept Smith over him.

Karns, where did that come from? He had a good spring, too.

EDIT: Karns elbow issues. JFC.

Goins has been a sure thing since the day the Royals signed him. Dayton and Ned love them those Chris Getzes.

WHAT?

Nate Karns will be used as a reliever when he returns from the D.L. Eric Skoglund will take his rotation spot. #Royals
