Yeah, Vegas and the Wild were just too similar and it made for an absolutely brutal series.
They'll do what they do best in this series, frustrating the hell out of the Avalanche with all of the stick checking, goonery, amazing saves, etc. Where the Avalanche had 50 shots and 4 goals to show for it against the Blues, it could routinely be a couple goals on 40 shots in this series.
I really hope they advance, with obviously their high expectations and simply to watch them finally play a team that isn't the Blues, Knights, or Wild.

Yeah, they were talking about it earlier like he wasn't playing every game, but sure enough he started all 7 against the Wild... wonder if he's a bit dinged up or something.
