I've been listening to a youtube mix based on an icelandic psychedelic band called Dead Skeletons that I just discovered. Their sound is similar to bands like Black Angels, Brian Jonestown Massacre, and Asteroid #4.
This song is the band's mantra... "He who fears death, cannot enjoy life". The driving force member of the band was diagnosed with HIV back in the 90s before AIDs was routinely controllable and I guess this is a statement/attitude of defiance.
Have this blasting right now, its a classic rock kinda night, this freaking guy is criminally underrated... I'd pay very good money, to see Eddie Money the ex cop
