This sounds just like when a Portillo's opened up in Springfield, Il not too far from me
Had been by the place during eating hours multiple times spanning a year + after it opened, and all it took was one look at the outrageous 3 lines around the block merging into 2 disgrace to send me elsewhere
It looked like some disaster zone emergency, with uniformed guys in hi-viz work vests and flashlights running around coordinating all of the traffic

No fast food is worth all THAT
I feel for the workers that have to deal with all that madness. Most of them kids. In my area, tons of fast food places are understaffed right now and customers get irate all the time at kids. Kids….. :-) [Reply]

Here too. Same with Chik-fil-a. But a lot is that they do not have enough staff to staff the inside. Wait lines of 30 minutes just to order. [Reply]

They need to bring back the Chorizo burger. OMG, so good. Ridiculously good. About 2500 calories, and it will likely kill you if you eat more than one a week, but damn tasty. [Reply]
