The first games of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) are this weekend. I haven't followed it and at this point I'm not that interested. However, a friend called me all excited. He said CBS will be carrying all the games... that seems interesting. I seen an NFL Network logo on the AAF website... that seems interesting.
What's your take? Is your DVR set? Why should I care?

Was talking with a buddy last night, if an AAF player goes out there and tears it up for a month here, do NFL teams bid on the guy? Cause if so he might wind up with a decent contract. [Reply]

As far as I know, there isn't any preseason. So I anticipate that there'll be some teams struggling early on (mainly O-Line) and timing will eventually get better once the season goes on. [Reply]

Looks like they did some sort of preseason scrimmages sense that's where the sizzle reel material came from with players in full uniform. [Reply]
