Don't be a dick.
Otherwise, have fun, talk shit, freak out and lose your goddamned minds. It's Draft Weekend. The hot takes in these threads are so funny. I'll also be starting player threads for each of our picks as they are made, with videos and notable stats/takes in the OP. These separate threads will be made as soon as the news breaks, outside of this thread. I will link the threads below. Pure knee-jerk gold to reference in the future.

Can't say I'd sleep well knowing a guy who can't stop speed rushers is protecting Mahome's blind side. I know he was a rookie and bla bla bla but he's just not a fast mover or great at dropping back like Taylor is.
I'd even prefer to draft a RT and move him to left allowing Wanya to fight it out with the rookie to see who starts and who swings... [Reply]
Wouldn't be surprised if they packaged 64 and one of their fourth round picks today, also wouldn't be surprised if they packaged one of those fourth round picks and another pick to move back into the third. Got that Sneed pick next year, so this should be the fun day to see Veach go to work. [Reply]

I'd put DT right after tackle. With one guy out with injury and Nnadi not being much of a pass rusher we're not in great position there. Shame we can't get a whole season out of Pennel like we saw in the super bowl... [Reply]

Yeah at the very least getting depth for that position next to Chris Jones, Furious George and FAU will be necessary this draft imo. [Reply]
Andy Reid says Mahomes is “very curious” and was “texting away” leading up to the draft to see who the Chiefs were thinking about 😂 pic.twitter.com/z075zLIF7v
Yeah if the tackles are gone and we go DT this is who I think we get:

I think we have to wait until about midnight tonight to evaluate what Buffalo did. I know it's painful at 1st glance to trade w/ the Chiefs, and that's warranted, but surely they wanted BT and couldn't make it happen and just didn't have high grades for the 2nd tier...they still can pull the trigger on AD or Ladd, or perhaps use their abundant draft capital to trade for Aiyuk (did SF believe Pearsall was the readiest to contribute?). They may package some of their 10 picks and kill it tonight in the 33-60 sweet spot. I'm not burying them just yet, even though they definitely have taken a step back in 2024 when losing Diggs, White, Poyer, and Morse. [Reply]
