During litigation, unless she was commanded by the court to reveal her sources or evidence for the court, no. [Reply]
Wow. Espinal is truly dumb as shit lol. Why would you give that recording to someone else 'incase'. She managed to fuck herself and her child while in the process of fucking over Reek. [Reply]

Depends on circumstances. 2010 law, so I'm not sure if it's been updated....

Those circumstances are if a court decided the information:

You should probably just trying to talk about legal consequences, because you’re really far off here.
1) perjury charges are not applicable for lying to police
2) victims of domestic abuse are very rarely subjected to obstruction of justice charges. Highly, highly unlikely. Most dangerous outcome for her is in affecting her parental rights. Prosecutors rarely even bluff charging obstruction for domestic violence victims who lie to shield their victims because it discourages other from coming forward with the truth and because the human empathy factor is so bad.

Cops were called to Tyreek Hill's Kansas home Thursday night -- just hours after disturbing audio recordings went public ... TMZ Sports has learned.
A spokesperson for the Overland Park Police Department confirms two units were sent to the Kansas City Chiefs star's Overland Park, Kansas home around 8:30 PM local time.
The audio tapes purportedly capturing Hill threatening his fiancee during a heated conversation about their child abuse case had gone public just around 2 hours prior to the police call.
A spokesperson wouldn't tell us the specific nature of the call, but suggested it was connected to the release of the audio tapes.
We're told no one was arrested as a result of the call -- including Hill. In fact, it's unclear if Hill was even home at the time police arrived to the house.
Cops were only at the residence for about 20 minutes, and as the police spokesperson put it, "It wasn't that exciting."
As we previously reported ... Hill and his fiancee, Crystal Espinal, have been the subject of a child abuse investigation after officials say their 3-year-old son was injured in a suspicious incident.
So far, prosecutors say they are not pressing charges against the couple.
However, Thursday afternoon, an audio recording from late March went public in which a man believed to be Hill tells his fiancee, "You need to be terrified of me too, b*tch."
Ok I’m at the point now that everyone should be punished for any wrongdoing. If Tyreek abused his kid he goes to jail. If Crystal covered it up, goodbye bitch you go to jail also. If the media did anything wrong I want them sued to shit and jailed for my lulz. Basically, burn this bitch to the ground. [Reply]
