When Vegas made the Bucs the favorite to win the SB, I scoffed. But they seem like they could be rounding into a powerhouse. The defense is probably the best in the league. Now they have Brown.
Anybody worried, should KC return to the big game? [Reply]
The Bucs haven't shown me their a team to be all that worried about. Now, if Brown pulls the head out of his ass and adds another dynamic weapon then it may get a bit more worrisome. That said, the game is still about getting pressure on Brady and clamping down on the short game, as it has always been. [Reply]

Nah if youre Def Cord. then you know better. Brady will throw deep, and he has when his line has given him even marginal amount of time. They are seriously well rounded from a very competent defense that is opportunistic and and offense with a lot of weapons. They are a pretty good team - would've been interesting to see how they would've been with a prime brady or prime mahomes with those weapons tbh. It's honestly a toss up with SEA, TB, and GB. [Reply]

But Spagnuolo will pressure the hell out of him, like he always does with immobile QBs. Now, you can still throw deep against COVER-0/pressure packages, but you have to get your line sliding correctly to pick up the blockers and give Brady time, because he needs to be able to set his feet and use his whole body to throw the deep ball. If you make him move his feet at all, he's not going to make accurate throws past a few yards downfield.
They don't have a receiving back as adept as James White at finding space and soft spots in zone. That's where they really fall short for Brady's skill set. [Reply]
