When Terez and Chadiha are saying what they're saying, they probably hear it straight from the Chiefs.
You buy way to far into what they say, if the Chiefs are really in on that deal why would they just put it out there to those guys? Terez acted fucking weird as shit about it, the same way he did with Thomas when he kept saying the Chiefs had no interest.
I don't think the Chiefs really want that shit out there before anything is done. [Reply]
Just make it happen. Might make the cap a bitch for a year or two but this would make us large SB favorites. That’s what this is all for, right? [Reply]

To be fair, no one saw this Ramsey thing coming. [Reply]
My bet is its between the Chiefs and another team probably Philly based on reports and its a biding war. Chiefs don't have great track record in recent history on winning those. Fitz, Earl Thomas, who else? Think there was a few others. Anyway hope they win it but id say NFC team has the edge because Jags are AFC team... [Reply]

Sure, but it still reflects pretty poorly if they can't get a player they seem to want pretty badly because of past mistakes with the cap. Hopefully he learns from this whichever way it goes. [Reply]

Don’t care what CP cap gurus spout in these threads. If Terez says it, it’s directly from the organization.
I genuinely do not understand the dick-riding this dude gets from this fan base.
Is he a PHENOMENAL reporter who understands X's and O's better than most out there? Absolutely.
Is he the only source of information coming out of Arrowhead? Hell no.
In fact, 95% of breaking Chiefs news over the past 5 years has come through National media outlets (Schefter, Rap, etc). Terez is always great about confirming those reports, but rarely does he ever actually break the news. Example:
I can confirm @AdamSchefter’s report, per a source, that the #Chiefs have signed Justin Houston to a 6-year extension worth $101 million.
Again, I love this guy. He's fantastic at his job.
But fans who flock to Twitter stating "If Terez didn't say it, I don't believe it." are insufferable, and he's no-longer the team's beat writer. He covers 32 other teams now for Yahoo and has stated, on multiple occasions, that he doesn't have the time to solely focus on Chiefs news and happenings anymore. [Reply]

That is an understatement.
After the outright moronic and deeply disturbing ass raping Brett Veach took by John Schneider to get Frank Clark, it makes me not want to do this deal.
I’m terrified that Veach will drastically overpay again and in 2 years, you all will be bitching about having Mahomes but not being a real SB contender bc we have no picks and are stuck in cap hell. [Reply]
