Veach would no doubt like to add a WR in FA, but if the market for a veteran guy with comparable performance to MVS is $13M/yr it ain’t happening. Ridley will probably get $15M. Samuel, Hollywood, Osborn perhaps in play? Good thing the draft is so deep at WR and OL this year. [Reply]
He's not a timing receiver; he's a jump ball guy and we don't do a lot of those. And he'd want at least what Ridley would get, who I think fits us better.
So if I could trade Sneed for a 2nd and sign Ridley at the same/lesser cost than Higgins, I'd go that route. The extra 2nd I get in the Sneed deal offsets that risk associated with Ridley over Higgins and the scheme fit ultimately gives the nod to Ridley at that point.
*sigh*
You might want to delete that if you're interested in people believing you know what you're talking about (not saying that you don't--just that it's a really, really uninformed opinion).
Before you think about clapping back, yes, i can produce many clips of him running "timing routes". [Reply]
I mentioned him earlier but this may be a year where we need to sign guys like that, him Josh Reynolds maybe take a shot that you can fix Shenault where you end up paying like 5 million dollars to all of them combined. [Reply]

If they're gonna draft a guy early, yep, I'd go the route you said here.
Granted, it could blow up like it did last year. [Reply]

Even after the cap spike.
Any hope of that should've been dashed when the Jaguars went full retard again.. [Reply]

Yes, you ride Pacheco in the playoffs, but CEH was sufficient this year as a back helping with load management. He knows the system and would be cheap. Again, could give a shit, but it wouldn't surprise me if he's back. [Reply]
