About to hit the 5000 post mark on the old thread, the first season 7 trailer today seems like the right time to start the final Game of Thones thread.
I'm going back to the original rules pre-2015. I don't think we need supervision or bannings. Just don't be a dick. Post anything you find online that hasn't aired yet inside of spoiler tags. That's pretty much it. I think we can all handle that...

What happens though is Jon gets the NK in a vulnerable spot, begs Dany to have the dragon kill the NK, and thus himself as well, (imagine sword vs sword scenario) and Dany reluctantly says Dracarys causing fire to kill the NK. When she looks up to both her and Jons surprise, he is unburned and reality sets in for him and everyone else that he has to be Targ.
There are a ton of other spoilers too such as Dany dying in childbirth like her mom, jons mom and tyrions mom.
The baby will be named Ned (to fulfill Robs wish for his baby).
Jaime ends up being the true hero as in season 4 while in the cave with Bren, the girl with him asks her brother how this all ends (who sees the future) and it shows him looking at his right hand on fire. It's no coincidence that the snowflake immediately melted on Jaimes gold hand on his last scene in season 7 as his hand is "heating up".
Except it's already been shown that Jon can be burnt. [Reply]

There is a theory that Dany died in the flames as well, but the witch had cast a spell, and that she's a Fire Wight just like Jon is (and why she cannot be burned). So maybe Jon is immune to fire now also. [Reply]

Fire Wights eh?
How about the theory that Jon's dick was frozen solid when he went under the water and now he is an Icicle Pickle?
Equally likely. [Reply]

This is the dumbest fucking "theory" every. Jon is not a fire wight, neither is Dany. FFS. [Reply]

Well, not being able to be burnt is not the same as being immune to smoke inhalation. Which is why the pyre scene makes no sense. Flashover fire? Sure. Hours with very little oxygen? No. [Reply]

If you are implying that Game Of Thrones is set on earth, sure. But it's not. The laws we are encompassed by don't reflect in Westeros.
Just saw that Miguel Sapochnik is going to return to direct one or two episodes in Season 8! This is excellent news IMO. He did Hardhome and Battle of the Bastards, two of the best episodes the series has had. Can't wait to see what Season 8 brings! [Reply]

Hope its the final episodes. No one better to bring this home. [Reply]
The ‘Game of Thrones’ cast is somehow getting bigger

It depends on how they do it. But there are some characters that could fit.
Howland Reed (!)
Leader of the Golden Company
Whatever Melissandra went over there to do. Presumably a red Priest/Priestess
Any number of people that could show up in a flashback. [Reply]
