No, you were told not to make too much of a one day dip.

At this rate though new deaths might still come in same as yesterday but new cases could be down. We knew deaths were going to lag....

First you have to define what percentages you hope for and what certain amounts might mean but given the ease of spread, and statements on estimates from various authorities of at least 10x the amount of infections as their are of reports and possibly more I’m pretty confident it would be a substantial number that we could work with to open things up and otherwise guide decisions.

Mr. Pete - how has the weekly trend looked for Missouri?

This type of bullshit needs to stop. Unprovoked shots at other posters tend to derail this thread and I'm getting fucking tired of it.

And I'm not saying that its just you.

Serious question, why is Texas doing so well given they have several largely populated cities and the 2nd highest total population by state?

Not as many people travelled there? Maybe people from overseas don’t got there as much but I’m just spitballing here lol

Nah Dallas was one of few Cities to take people after they closed borders from Europe etc.

And Houston has a huge Asian population.

The real reason probably has more to do with how spaced out we are. I drive 38 miles one way to get to office that is on the very north side of down town. And I live in Houston on North side. Add in the fact we have some of the best medical facilities in the world, and a SHIT LOAD of doctors, we were just better positioned than those on NE.

Case growth still appears to be at a slower rate than say this time last week.

KC and Jackson county continue to show slow growth but STL is still running about where they have been
