Can't get it up here north of the border but, through a wine distributer I am able to order a case. Would like to hear from someone who knows their stuff and has tried it before I order.

Should be able to get it right at or a smidge above $50.
Or, spend that same $50 on a jug of Buffalo Trace and you're hooked up for a while...
Well shit! I went to the liquor store was about to get the Old Forester but then I saw the Makers Cask Strength 375 on sale for 19 bucks. So I got that and a 750 of Trace.
Old Forrester will be my next selection. I had a pretty lengthy debate about it while in the store lol
Whew got damn the Makers Cask Strength will make you a man. The 50+ alc has a nice touch I'm a fan of regular Makers my only slight knock about the regular is the flavor is a little light but the cask strength brings out a wonder favor profile. [Reply]

Thanks for the recommendations all.
Yes! A place not too far from me has the makers cask at 18.95. I bought like 8 of them bc i was convinced it was a price error and it would get corrected but I've since gone back for more. 2 of them make a full bottle so it comes out to $38 for a bottle that's usually around $55 and as you said it's great too. It has a spice that regular makers lacks. [Reply]

I'm in socal so it's a weird coincidence that 2 liquor stores so far apart have the same crazy price. It's always good to have some extra. I use them as gifts sometimes too. Just slap a bow on one and you're set. [Reply]
